I like the XSS. :) They should charge the metablog for the free security audit.
I guess you can complain in the Google Webmaster site to report spam in the Google their index. They have a link there to report this kind of abuse. If you have a Google Webmaster account you should make a report when you are logged by using the link that says "Report spam in our index".

I guess automatically they ban their AdSense account but you can also try reporting to AdSense people directly:

They stole content from Planet-PHP (the site itself), or they used the same feeds as Planet-PHP ?
They use the RSS feed from Planet PHP, otherwise I wouldn't been able to inject that content into their site :)
